Melynie Hall is the owner of Stage and Simplify and does freelance work and consulting for The Prime Group in a variety of areas.  A jack-of-all-trades, she also assists The Prime Group with social media marketing.  She holds a degree in Communications and Public Relations from Taylor University and a Masters in Counseling from Mississippi State.                                                                                 
Currently a Nationally Certified Counselor, she uses her people skills to walk them through how to re-design, organize and stage their homes.  As an Air Force spouse, she has set up home nine times in 18 years for her hubby, four daughters, and several mammals and crustaceans!  Along the way, she has honed her skills in décor, design and function.  Her business, Stage and Simplify, was established to help homeowners that are preparing to sell to maximize the potential of their home value by creating a space where potential buyers can envision themselves making it their new home!  That was the original vision... but since its inception, Stage and Simplify has grown to a multi-faceted business that now helps with home staging, professional organization, move in/move out assistance, and design consultation.
Elisabeth is the Administrative Coordinator and Office Manager for The Prime Group. She brings a great deal of experience and expertise to The Prime Group.  With over 10 years' experience in management roles in the hospitality industry, Elisabeth has a great eye for detail and a passion for customer service.                                                                                                                                                                                            
Prior to joining The Prime Group, Elisabeth spent over three years in a critical support role in a large real estate firm.  Her experience included transaction management, customer service, as well as the millions of small details that go into the everyday business of real estate.  She brings many years of professional experience, as well as energy and enthusiasm to our team.  We are thrilled to have her working with us and we are sure you will be too!

Julie has over 20 years of experience in customer relations and has been a licensed Realtor for nearly five years.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, Julie got her degree in Interior Decorating from Auburn University in Montgomery.  As a Buyer Specialist, her attention to detail, extensive market knowledge and enthusiasm are key to providing her clients an enjoyable home finding experience.                                                                                                                                                                                                     Julie has helped many buyers find the perfect home over the years by developing strategies with her clients for success.  She understands the importance of a smooth move because as a military spouse, Julie embarked on countless moves with her husband, a member of the United States Air Force for 25 years.  Her personal experience includes buying or selling multiple homes in support of relocating her military family 15 times.  Julie's alliance with The Prime Group and RE/MAX Preferred allow her to continue to provide excellent service to her valued clients  and friends.                                                     
In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, two children, and her two fur babies.  She loves shopping, reading and hunting for antiques.

Tara Ponte is a gifted listener with an eye for detail and a passion for helping others.  Her experience as a military spouse with overseas moves has given her an appreciation for the challenges of moving every few years.  She works tirelessly to ensure a smooth move for her clients.  She has over 10 years of professional experience in customer relations and marketing.  Additionally, she worked as a Contract Specialist with the DoD, where she had extensive experience with contract writing, high level negotiations, and market sourcing.
Tara's affiliation with The Prime Group and RE/MAX Preferred ensures her clients have the most current market information and technologies.  Whether moving just down the street, or thousands of miles overseas, you can rest assured that every detail will be addressed if Tara is guiding you home.
Tara and her husband live in O’Fallon with their cat and two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.  Tara is originally from Tucson, Arizona and is a University of Arizona alumna.  As big-time foodies, she and her husband love exploring restaurants in St. Louis, Chicago, and anywhere else they can.  Tara also enjoys traveling internationally, amateur photography, baking, and party planning.

David has been a full-time Realtor for over 10 years in the Metro East, which also happens to be his hometown.  Prior to joining the real estate business 10 years ago, David was a licensed 100 ton Captain working for a yacht broker.  When he relocated back to the Metro East, transitioning to real estate felt like a very natural transition.  The home buying process is very similar to purchasing a luxury yacht, in that it also involves a pre-approval process, negotiations, inspections, financing, and the coordination of several timelines for a smooth and successful result.   
                                                                                                                                          In addition to his experience in luxury and residential sales, David has several years’ experience in the construction industry, which proves an invaluable resource for his clients.  David brings a level of professionalism and local market expertise to every transaction that is absolutely necessary to guide his clients home in today’s marketplace.  In David’s spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family, following SEC football, and home improvement projects.

Prior to becoming a licensed agent in 2007, Tanya spent the better part of 10 years working in the construction and interior design industries.  She worked with clients all over the country on projects of all shapes and sizes.  During the course of her husband's 20-year career with the Air Force, Tanya and her family completed two moves overseas, as well as multiple other moves cross-country.  This provided her an appreciation and understanding of many of the challenges and rewards that come with relocation.  This experience became the platform for her business plan and she worked tirelessly for her sellers and buyers to ease those challenges and help them realize their goal of moving forward.
